Processing Time

Please allow 10–14 business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipping or pickup. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Processing times may vary during busy seasons, limited drops or special releases. We’ll communicate any significant delays.

Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Local Pickup

FREE local porch pickup is available in Shallowater, Texas.

Please wait until you receive your Ready for Pickup notification before arriving.

Pickup orders follow the same 10–14 business day processing timeframe.
